Colorado Mandatory Reporter Home
Colorado requires designated professionals, called mandatory reporters, to report physical abuse, sexual abuse, caretaker neglect and exploitation of at-risk elders and at-risk adults with an intellectual and developmental disability (IDD). There are substantial penalties if a mandatory reporter fails to properly report the situation to law enforcement
Anfeald’s mandatory reporter class provides designated professionals with the information to enable appropriate reporting on the mistreatment of at-risk populations and comply with this important Colorado law. The training also provides information on urged reporting and reporting for employees of financial institutions.
