Hazard Communication, Detailed (COM 102)

Who Is It For

Anfeald’s detailed hazard communication class, COM 102, is for participants who work directly with chemicals and who require hazard communication training that covers more than the minimum legal requirements. This class provides participants with specific information on the hazard communication regulation and chemical information. It helps successful participants meet regulatory and organizational hazard communication training requirements in most industries including construction and general industry.

Class Description

This class provides participants with an overview of the hazard communication regulation, chemical classes, chemical hazards, introduces the student to chemical-safety related signs and labels, contains specific information on how to read a safety data sheet, basic emergency response procedures, occupational exposure limits, and related content. It also includes Globally Harmonized System (GHS) information. It covers material in a more detailed fashion than COM 101.
