This class provides employees and supervisors with information on the regulations and best practices associated with hot-work, hot-work permits, fire watches and fire extinguisher use. This class is designed for employees engaged in hot-work and fire-watch activities and their supervisors and managers, including those who write and authorize hot-work permits and fire-watches. It is suitable for employees in many industries including manufacturing, construction, upstream oil & gas, etc. This class also serves as a refresher class for interested safety & health professionals and members of safety committees and incident management teams.
